McWilliam's Wines Chooses StayinFront for Competitive Edge

McWilliam's Wines Chooses StayinFront to Provide Competitive Edge for Field Force Operations

StayinFront EdgeCG(tm) to Automate National In-Field Sales Activities with On-Demand Field Force Solution

Sydney, 9 November 2011 - StayinFront, Inc., a leading global provider of customer relationship management systems and mobile sales force effectiveness tools, today announces McWilliam's Wines has selected StayinFront EdgeCG (tm), the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) version of its leading on-demand CRM and analytics solution.

McWilliam's Wines is one of Australia's most highly respected family wineries. Its premium wine ranges reflect a commitment to outstanding quality and regionality and include McWilliam's, Evans & Tate, Brand's Laira and Catching Thieves. The company will transition from paper-based field management to the flexibility and efficiency of a cloud-based field force solution that is fully hosted and supported. The national roll-out onto new Windows 7(r) tablet devices commenced earlier this month.

Rodney Sammut, Sales & Marketing Support Manager for McWilliam's Wines, said: "In our search to find a competitive edge for our national field force, we immediately recognised the benefits to be gained with StayinFront. Their analytics and reporting capabilities will provide us with the insight to identify trends and improve efficiency in the field. StayinFront has strong experience helping organisations such as ours to transition from paper to automated systems, which makes them the best partner for a highly successful project."

Information gathered in the field will be overlayed with market data, using StayinFront's extensive analytics and reporting functionality, to provide management with true business insights, as well as achieve consistency between its management and in-store processes. By leveraging the in-built tools of the StayinFront on-demand CRM solution, McWilliam's Wines will avoid the added cost of licensing a separate Business Intelligence package for the field force.

Fully functioned for the wine and beverage sector, StayinFront's highly configurable, modular package is very fast to deploy. Each of the McWilliam's Wines users will see the range of functionality and reporting specific to their role. This increases speed of rollout and facilitates user adoption.

Kerrie-Anne Turner, StayinFront's APAC Vice President and Managing Director Australia, said: "McWilliam's Wines is one of Australia's most successful, diversified wine producing and distribution companies. Its well-honed operations will now be further streamlined with the automation of its field force activities and reporting capabilities."
