Unions win interim
injunction
Further to our
media release, Unions file against aggressive act,
issued earlier today, the PSA and the Service and Food
Workers Union have been granted an immediate interim
injunction by the Employment Court.
Pact Group has been ordered to cease forthwith its lockout of union members.
The matter will be before the Court again on Tuesday next week at noon. In the meantime PSA and SWFU members at Pact Group are no longer locked out.
