Gull Announces A Discount Day

Falling dollar does not equate to rising pump prices

Auckland, 28th September 2011 –

Gull New Zealand will be running a discount day commencing at 7am tomorrow at all Gull branded sites.

"At Gull a drop in the dollar does not necessarily equate to a rise at the pump," says Graham Stirk, Retail Manager of Gull.

"At Gull we remain committed to offering value for money to the New Zealand motorist."

All fuel grades will be discounted by at least 5c a litre from 7am Thursday and the promotion will run through to 10am on Friday morning. Motorists can enjoy additional savings by filling up at Gull's growing network of unmanned sites where pump prices will be well below those of the oil giants.
