Air NZ tests waters for $150 mln bond issue
Aug. 19 (BusinessDesk) – National carrier Air New Zealand Ltd. is signalling its intention to raise up to $150 million in five-year bonds next month.
The unsecured, unsubordinated fixed-rate bonds would have a maturity date of Nov. 15, 2016, the company said in a statement to the NZX.
It will be used for “general business purposes”, with yield to be determined in consultation with the issue’s joint lead managers, First NZ Capital and Craigs Investment Partners prior to the anticipated opening date of Sept. 5.
No funds are currently being sought.
