Update on Jetstar New Zealand services: Puyehue-Cordon Caulle volcano

Jetstar wishes to provide a further update (as at 1400 AEST / 1600 NZ) on its New Zealand (trans Tasman and domestic) as a result of a volcanic ash cloud caused by Puyehue-Cordon Caulle volcano in Chile.

Following the latest forecasts, Jetstar anticipates to resume all regular scheduled New Zealand services (domestic and trans Tasman) tomorrow (Monday 27 June) with the exception of flights to/from Wellington.

Flights to/from Wellington will be confirmed early tomorrow morning (Monday 27 June).

All New Zealand services (domestic and trans Tasman) remain cancelled for the remainder of today (Sunday 26 June).

A full list of cancelled services for today (June 26) is listed on Jetstar.com.

Australian domestic and international services continue to operate as normal.

Jetstar is closely monitoring the ash cloud in conjunction with the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre and the Bureau of Meteorology. We continue to assess the situation and provide updates on Jetstar.com.
