Cathay Pacific Flights Re Chilean Volcanic Ash Cloud

Cathay Pacific flights in to and out of Auckland International Airport are operating as normal.

CX108 is due to arrive this morning (Thursday) at 11.40 am, and CX107 will depart on time at 1.20 pm.

Flight arrival information is available at under the flight status tab at www.cathaypacific.co.nz .

Cathay Pacific is taking all precautions to ensure safe operations are maintained and is adjusting flight routes and altitudes so that aircraft remain clear of any ash. However due to the volcanic ash cloud from Chile's Puyehue volcano, the situation could change at short notice. Passengers holding reservations are advised to check flight arrival and departure information at www.cathaypacific.co.nz and to also update their contact details in Manage My Booking on this site so they receive the latest flight status update via SMS or email.

Passengers who are booked on domestic connecting flights can contact Cathay Pacific so alternative travel arrangements can be made.

Contact Cathay Pacific at 0800 800 454 or Auckland free call 379 0861.
