Martin Bosley’s serves up new style lunch to savour

Award-winning restaurateur Martin Bosley has launched a new lunch menu designed to provide a more accessible and relaxed option for diners to enjoy the exceptional cuisine and service his eponymous restaurant is known for. The new lunch menu features small shared plates, including the signature seafood dishes that are a specialty of the restaurant.

“This is the most significant change to our menu in 10 years, without compromising our commitment to sourcing only the best seasonal produce available and to providing only sustainable seafood,” said Mr. Bosley.

All the fish used at Martin Bosley’s is certified by Friend of the Sea, an international standard guaranteeing that it is sustainably sourced.

“We have always had a focus on serving fresh, seasonal, local food and the shared plates approach means that we can be even more flexible in what we put on the menu to suit the weather and mood of the day,” says Mr. Bosley.

In line with the menu’s focus on accessibility and a more relaxed dining experience, more wines are available by the glass, carefully selected to match the food.

With plenty of carparking outside the restaurant and only 7 minutes from the CBD by car or taxi, Martin Bosley’s restaurant provides a relaxed setting for a business or casual lunch.

The new lunch menu (see attached copy of the menu) is available from 12 noon to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Diners will also continue to have the option of ordering off the main a la carte menu for lunch.
