Harcourts acknowledged the successes of its top performing Northern Region Sales Consultants in the Harcourts End of Year Awards 2010/11 ceremony held at Auckland’s Pullman Hotel on Monday, 2nd May.
There were 4 out of the 22 awards received by individuals at the Eden/Epsom offices with Sales Consultant Mike Robson taking the title of Rising Star, and Charlotte Marshall claiming second place of the Top 20 Sales Consultants Award in Harcourts’ Northern region. “Only open for the last 18 months we are delighted at our successes this week,” Harcourts Eden/Epsom Business Owner James Marshall said. “We have a new team and are already proving our strength as a player in this part of Auckland.” Harcourts Group NZ CEO Hayden Duncan understands how much work is involved in growing a new business. “Mike and Charlotte are exceptional Sales Consultants and will surely advance on this achievement next year with more hard work and commitment to their local buyers and sellers.”
Mr Marshall recognises the support Harcourts Group provides which contributes to being able to focus. “As a new branch, you need support operationally and in your planning. We certainly couldn’t have done it without the systems and processes Harcourts Group puts into that.” “It has been a challenging year and our goal is to get more of our stars in the Top 20 regionally and nationally. We have a great team culture that supports our clients’ needs and wants. That’s what it’s all about at the end of the day,” says Mr Marshall. With over thirty years between them in sales and marketing roles Mr Robson attributes their talents to honesty, integrity and effective communication. “Communication is very important. It’s about relating to, keeping in touch and managing people.
It’s not about the property; it really is about the people,” says Mr Robson. Eden/Epsom also claimed 4 awards and placed another consultant in the Top 20. Harcourts is the largest real estate group in New Zealand, the fastest growing in Australia and in total has more than 630 offices across nine countries. Currently in the process of entering the USA, the Harcourts group offers expertise in residential, commercial, rural and lifestyle property marketing and sales; business broking, urban projects and property management and in the last financial year exceed $20 billion in written sales.
