TAB Easter racing and operating hours
All TAB stores and retail outlets will be closed on Good Friday (April 22) but will open as normal on Saturday and
Easter Sunday.
Schedule and service changes have also been forced as a result of Easter Monday coinciding with Anzac Day, with outlets
open from 1pm on that day.
Aside from minimal changes to regular hours of operation and Friday's closure of retail outlets, the full range of TAB
wagering services will be available throughout the long weekend.
There is no New Zealand or Australian racing scheduled for Friday, but betting will be available on gallops in Singapore
(12 races) from 4.40pm on TAB TV.
Regular service resumes on Saturday, April 23, with harness racing from Hawera (starting 10.30am) and Addington, gallops
at Tauranga, Hawke's Bay and Riverton, as well as a normal schedule of racing from Australia and the United Kingdom.
As in previous years, betting will be available on the TAB.co.nz website throughout the Easter weekend. Sports betting
will be open from 9am-midnight on Good Friday, from 7.30am-4am on Saturday, 7.30am-midnight on Sunday and from
7.30am-midnight on Easter Monday/Anzac Day.
The NZ Racing Board will offer betting on Easter Sunday from race meetings in Australia and Singapore.
Phonebet (0800 10 20 30) will be open from midday-10.30pm on Good Friday, 8.30am to 1.05am on Saturday, 8.30am-12.15am
on Sunday and 8.30am-1am on Easter Monday.
TouchTone, SKYbet, TXT betting and m.tab.co.nz services will also be available throughout Easter weekend, as will
regular sports betting options.
