Spotless and Zarbo fly high at Auckland International Airport
Spotless is expanding its retail customer reach by securing a licensing agreement to operate a Zarbo Cafe and Bar at Auckland International Airport from mid April 2011.
Spotless currently manages 83 different outlets across Australasia and serves 3.95 million customers per annum. The New Zealand operation is based in seven airports operating in 15 different outlets.
Spotless’ iconic brands can be found throughout Australia and New Zealand airports including Alehouse, Sumo Salad, Espresso Plus and River Cafe, Velluto and Bach. The Zarbo licensing agreement represents another opportunity to better service the New Zealand Leisure, Sports and Entertainment sector.
“This licensing arrangement provides an opportunity to deliver a greater catering choice for New Zealand’s international travellers. Zarbo is a well-respected and award winning brand in the Auckland market,” said Mark Owens, National Manager Hospitality & Retail.
The Zarbo airport store will provide travellers with the chance to enjoy a wide selection of quality food and beverages that the Newmarket Deli has been serving to its loyal customer base for the past 16 years.
Zarbo will be located directly below the new audio-visual tree-like structure known as ‘Pou Manawa’ when it opens on April 15th.
