SPADA Statement in Relation to Re-negotiation of the Pink Book
Thursday 14 April 2011
SPADA is genuinely committed to working with all the parties to resolve matters around conditions for the engagement of performers in New Zealand. As part of that commitment it will continue to adhere to the agreement that was reached between all of the parties at the meeting held on 14 October 2010 to not talk to media while we work towards a resolution. That process is still underway and for that reason and in further evidence of our commitment to good faith negotiations we will refrain from further comment and correction of the CTU President Helen Kelly’s personal version of events around The Hobbit Dispute.
