Kiwi Whale Watchers Club launched
Today (1st April 2011) Whale Watch Kaikoura launched its new Kiwi Whale Watchers Club which offers Kiwis that have travelled with them before the opportunity and incentive to travel with them again.
What normally come’s to mind on the 1st of April is all the tricks and pranks that come along with April fool’s day and one would thing launching a new club where you could get 50% off an adult fare for a Whale Watch tour during our winter period would be a bit of a trick.
Kauahi Ngapora COO, Whale Watch Kaikoura say’s “This is no trick, we often hear from kiwis that they would love to travel with us again but for many this is a once in a life time opportunity, we also understand that kiwis would love to travel with their friends and relatives so in joining our new club this is made a whole lot easier, we hope that this initiative will develop repeat domestic visitation, further positive word of mouth endorsement and growth from the very important VFR traveler and since we all live in the same country it isn’t too difficult to call in every now again and Kaikoura is great place to visit”.
Winter for us goes from the 1st May – 31st October which is much longer than the traditional winter period of June, July and August.
So if you love whales as much as we do come on and join the club!
