The Harcourts Academy Launches iStart24
Earlier this year, international real estate group, Harcourts launched its latest innovation in real estate training, the iStart24 program.
Developed by the group's training division, The Harcourts Academy, iStart24 was officially launched in February at Harcourts' annual Business Leaders Conference in Melbourne.
iStart24 is a 24 week program designed for those who are new to the real estate industry, by providing real-life examples and hands-on activities.
The programme requires full-time commitment and a willingness to complete assignments, and will allow people to attain lifetime success in the real estate industry.
Head of The Harcourts Academy, Irene Green is confident that the program, which has been rolled out across Australia and New Zealand, will assist in attracting and retaining new staff to the organisation.
"In a highly competitive marketplace, I believe this program will give Harcourts another distinct edge over its competition in terms of attracting and retaining new people," said Mrs Green.
"The aim of the program is to provide students with skills which they can use in the real estate industry throughout their careers. We also hope to develop their passion and enthusiasm for the industry to provide them with the best possible start.
"The program provides people with real life examples and tactics that have worked for some of Harcourts' most successful sales consultants. It's a very hands-on approach to real estate training," continued Mrs Green.
As well as the iStart24 program, The Harcourts Academy provides a host of other leading-edge real estate training programs tailored to people at all levels, from rookies to experienced real estate professionals and managers.
Harcourts have a long-standing reputation as one of the best organisations in terms of training and a great deal of their success can be attributed to their commitment to the personal and professional growth of their people.
The company is dedicated to continually training and up-skilling their staff regardless of their position or standing, and encourages on-going training for all, from new recruits to long-standing CEOs and Heads of Department.
