Hyundai Delivers the Ultimate Brand Experience

Hyundai Delivers the Ultimate Brand Experience

Hyundai assures its owners of the ultimate brand experience, and now a top US study confirms it.

Hyundai has been named the number one vehicle brand in the 2011 Customer Loyalty Engagement Index, for the second year running.

The Index is an annual syndicated study which examines customers’ relationships with 528 different brands in over 79 categories. It’s run by Brand Keys, a New York-based brand, customer loyalty and engagement consultancy.

“Hyundai has been able to meet customer expectations and has, again, scored the highest levels of loyalty when it comes to the Automotive category, taking the number one spot in our Customer Loyalty Engagement Index,” said Robert Passikoff, Brand Keys Founder and President.

“Of course, the true test of loyalty and engagement always shows up in the marketplace, so we weren’t surprised to see their sales are up again over last year. We congratulate them on another win.”

Chief Operating Officer of Hyundai New Zealand, Tom Ruddenklau, says it’s the detail of the survey which is most revealing.

“Many of those people who reported great experiences with the Hyundai brand are driving our highly advanced new models like the i45 sedan, which they call Sonata in the United States, and the brilliant new Elantra which arrives here soon.”

“We believe a similar survey in New Zealand could reveal the same result – we are working hard to meet the expectations of Kiwi customers and to earn their loyalty.”

“It’s all about Hyundai delivering the ultimate brand experience,” said Mr Ruddenklau, the Chief Operating Officer of Hyundai New Zealand.
