Three new partners reflect PwC’s commitment to provide the best possible service to New Zealand
PwC welcomes three new
partners to the New Zealand firm. This brings the number of
full equity partners to 109.
PwC’s Chief Executive Officer Bruce Hassall says “Our people are our main asset. I am very proud that at PwC we continue to invest in our people’s professional growth. The admission of Craig Reid, Kirsty Godfrey-Billy and Wayne Tainui will ensure we cement our place as the leading professional services firm in New Zealand.”
Here’s a snap-shot of PwC’s three new partners:
Craig Reid is based in PwC’s Wellington office and will lead the Technology Consulting practice for PwC nationally. Craig has almost twenty years of experience working in line management and consulting roles, in both the private and public sectors. Craig has also held IT leadership positions in the Health, Core Government, Primary and Financial Services sectors. Craig’s talents don’t end there, he has programme managed large scale process design and implementation projects from inception to completion.
Kirsty Godfrey-Billy calls Taranaki home and is using her strong commercial background to help local businesses achieve their aspirations. More than 18 years experience in both Chartered Accounting firms and businesses means Kirsty has a skill set which will enable her to advise Taranaki’s small and medium businesses to take advantage of the improving economic conditions.
Wayne Tainui leads PwC’s Manukura Maori Business team nationally from his cultural homeland in Waikato.

Wayne’s passion and enthusiasm ensures there is no one
better placed to help Maori realise their ambitions for
future generations. Wayne has worked in various roles in New
Zealand and UK firms providing assurance, transaction and
advisory services to a wide range of clients. Wayne is
thrilled to be home in the Waikato and determined to make a
difference.
