Experian sponsor Marketing Association’s National Regional Events Series
As part of its drive to be the centre of excellence for educating and developing marketing talent in New Zealand, the Marketing Association is pleased to announce Experian will be the new sponsor of their very popular Regional Event Series nationwide.
There will be sixteen events this year (six in Auckland, six in Wellington and four in Christchurch) designed to be constructive, integrated and valuable to attendees’ marketing careers. The events will feature speakers who are leading experts and practitioners in their chosen fields. The event series is aligned with the core competencies of the Marketing Association’s professional development framework and includes both technical subject matter and real life case study examples.
Experian is a global leader in harnessing information and using it to empower businesses and consumers. As such, it is dedicated to helping people and organisations make sense of complex data, using its expertise in analytics to provide them with the insight in customer relationships they need to make their everyday business decisions.
As part of this sponsorship, Experian-owned company, CheetahMail, will provide the email marketing for the event series. Experian CheetahMail is the trusted service provider of online marketing solutions for top enterprises worldwide, offering industry-leading email marketing and customer intelligence solutions. CheetahMail enables clients to build data-driven, relevant relationships with their customers, or as is the case here, with association members.
“The Marketing Association’s regional event series is focused on educating participants to invest wisely in marketing activities, technologies and resources so that they can continue to get the best possible return on their marketing investment”, says Sue McCarty, Marketing Association Chief Executive. “With Experian being a global leader in harnessing information and using it to empower businesses and consumers, this new relationship can only be beneficial to New Zealand marketers”.
Events planned for 2011 include those covering Strategy & Planning, Brand Integration, Customer Data, Customer Experience, Product & Service and Ambient & Experiential. Events are held in a number of time slots providing more opportunity for attendance.
