PayGlobal’s new product introduces workflow and business intelligence in combination with its accurate payroll and HR solution
Christchurch – February 1 – Today the X factor in human resources and payroll systems is launched when Christchurch-based PayGlobal releases its new product, Exolvo.
After a year of investment in development and testing, Exolvo provides new functionality and capability in combination with PayGlobal’s existing, market leading human resources and payroll software. It’s aimed at helping businesses become more efficient and profitable.
PayGlobal Chief Executive Hugh Martyn says Exolvo has been developed in response to clear trends in the HR information systems market and the availability of new technology.
“Managers are ever more strategically focused on making their businesses more profitable and ensuring better management of their employees and talent,” he says.
“To deliver real value for our clients, Exolvo utilises Microsoft .NET4 technology offering workflow and business intelligence capabilities which helps organisations reduce operational expenses on a day-to-day basis and assists them to better analyse where their costs are,” Martyn says. PayGlobal Exolvo is the first HR software product in Australasia to leverage the power of the new Microsoft Workflow 4 technology. (Please note: an explanation of this technology is on the following page.)
Labour is the largest cost for most organisations and companies need their human resources and payroll systems to be accurate. Businesses also want the software to adapt to their processes and allow them to be more efficient and reliable. Plus, they have a never-ending appetite for real-time reporting information about their employees.
PayGlobal has 850 sites throughout Australasia and the company’s research shows that clients with more than 600 employees can achieve a return on their licence cost in around 18 months.
“Exolvo combines our existing technology and strengths with new, flexible workflow and business intelligence tools so clients can configure their solution to what they need,” Martyn says.
“At the same time as ensuring accurate payroll, Exolvo can eliminate paper-based administrative tasks by automating routine processes, increases timeliness and empowers staff through our self-service option. Employees can take charge of their own destiny and managers are freed up to concentrate on strategic business rather than the minutiae of administrative details,” he says.
Companies want their information systems to act across the whole organisation, for their data to be easily accessible and able to interact with other systems. “In the Exolvo release we have significantly streamlined and enhanced this capability,” Martyn says. “All of Exolvo’s new functions and capabilities add up to a compelling solution to help our clients better manage people and things around people.”
