NAI Harcourts’ fast start receives award nomination

19 January 2011: NAI Harcourts, which entered the New Zealand and Australian commercial property markets last year, has been nominated for the Fast Starter award by NAI Global, of which it is the exclusive Australasian member.

The Fast Starter award recognises the new member of NAI Global who has done the most to immediately embrace and exploit their membership, not only to their benefit but to the benefit of the entire NAI Global network, which with 350 offices in 55 countries is one of the largest groups of commercial real estate service providers worldwide.

As NAI Harcourts Chief Executive Officer Chris Nicholl explains NAI Harcourts, which was progressively launched from July last year, now has a presence in 37 centres across Australasia with commercial specialists and business brokers working around New Zealand and from NAI Harcourts’ offices in Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne.

He says being nominated for NAI Global’s Fast Starter award is a great achievement for NAI Harcourts.

“This nomination is a testament to the hard work, dedication and market expertise of our growing team,” Mr Nicholl says.

The winner of the Fast Starter award will be announced during the awards dinner at the NAI Global 2011 Convention in Las Vegas early next month.
