BNZ and Air New Zealand Holidays team-up
Bank of New Zealand and Air New Zealand Holidays are joining forces to offer customers one stop travel and banking
services in selected locations from mid next year.
A co-location agreement will see these two iconic Kiwi businesses team up to offer complementary services, incorporating
Air New Zealand Holidays’ new interior design within BNZ’s new-look national Retail Store network.
By combining BNZ stores with Air New Zealand Holidays, customers will be able to take advantage of natural symmetries
between BNZ’s offerings such as Fly Buys, Airpoints, foreign exchange, cash passports, loan products and gift cards and
Air New Zealand Holidays’ great deals and depth of knowledge and personal advice about travel destinations.

to develop our Retail Stores as a destination for our customers. It’s all part of a $195 million investment in our
national retail and business centre network and represents a significant commitment from BNZ to improve our customer
experience and facilitate business growth in New Zealand. Air New Zealand Holidays is the perfect fit to help us achieve
this.”

one stop shop for banking and travel needs. We’ve just revealed the new design direction for our Air New Zealand Holiday
stores including touch screen technology that will encourage bank customers to enjoy discovering their next holiday
destination.”
Work is underway to identify which BNZ Stores will be earmarked for co-location.
