New Christchurch Web Design Agency Offers Free Websites to Quake-Affected Businesses
The aftershocks are subsiding, but emerging online web design agency, Mint Design, is just gearing up to help quake-affected businesses get back on track.
Christchurch-based Mint Design has pushed forward their plans for a January 2011 launch to offer free websites to all businesses affected by the by recent earthquake and subsequent aftershocks. “It was always in our business plan to offer Christchurch businesses free websites, but after seeing the severe destruction that the quake caused many local businesses, we decided to launch our free website services early so that business owners can make the most of it now, when they need help most” said Shayne Moore, Director.
Moore goes on to explain how his decision to offer free websites was inspired by other business owners chipping in to help out: “We were just so inspired by the number of businesses who were pitching in and helping each other. I was driving down Riccarton Road and saw a shop’s sign saying that due to earthquake damage, they were trading in another stores property.
It was touching to see business owners helping each other out. I thought immediately that I too wanted to do what I could for anyone set back by the quake”.
The team of developers at Mint Design have been working overtime to make sure that business owners can get online as soon as possible and help them generate more business to help alleviate any losses caused by earthquake damage.
“The response has been overwhelming. We’ve heard so many amazing stories from our new free web site clients. We’re just pleased to help them out” says Moore. Moore urges any business owners in need of a boost to get in touch by visiting www.mintdesign.co.nz
