With over 25,000 registered charities and 35,000 registered incorporated societies, the non-profit sector is a major contributor to the New Zealand economy, contributing about 2.6 percent to New Zealand's gross domestic product (GDP), and to the local community benefits from over 250 million volunteer hours each year.
Marketing byAssociation is a conference specifically tailored to address specific key issues facing this group. The NZ Association Resource Centre Trust will bring together non-profit industry executives, trustees and office bearers for this inaugural, unique event.
This topic-specific event will cover how the right messages help you connect with your target audience, strategic planning creating clarity with your brand and profile, engaging members and key stakeholders.
Marketing byAssociation comes at a time when non-profits and associations need assistance to ensure they're creating the right messages at the right time; the conference will help attendees better connect with their target audience, stem decline in support and rejuvenate membership.
Both local and international speakers will share their experiences through case studies and workshops. Hear first-hand what changes they have made in delivering messages to their audiences, to achieve better results.

The Marketing byAssociation conference will be held at the Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre on Tuesday the 22nd February, 2011. Registrations are now open, and for those wanting to take advantage of the early bird rate, registrations close on 24 December 2010.
