Stoneleigh to Host Summer Arts Series

Stoneleigh to Host Summer Arts Series in the Heart of Britomart

Stoneleigh Vineyards will pop up in the form of an al fresco arts and music garden in Auckland’s Britomart precinct for an early taste of summer throughout December. Hosting some of New Zealand’s leading up and coming musicians and artists, the Stoneleigh Summer Arts Series at Britomart is set to become another hot Auckland entertainment destination.

From the 7th – 23rd December, Stoneleigh invites Aucklanders to take time out from their busy schedules and relax whilst soaking up the sounds of live music from acoustic performers including Annabel Fay, to the smooth sounds of jazz acts The Rooftop Collective and Velvet Sound Society featuring Jesse Gurunathan.

Stunning sculpture showcasing dynamic works from the Sculpture on the Shore series will be on display in the garden, together with handpicked works from some of New Zealand’s most renowned sculptors.

Award winning cheeses from some of this country’s top local cheesemakers are also on the menu with wine and cheese tastings being held throughout the Series. Stoneleigh wine varietals will be matched to a selection of New Zealand cheeses so guests can find the perfect combination.

Located on the Takutai Lawn, in the heart of the Britomart precinct, Aucklanders will be able to indulge their passion for live music, arts, sculpture and fine food from 12.30pm to 9.30pm every day during the Stoneleigh Summer Arts Series.
