For 14 years, Mud House has been renowned for its range of high quality and affordable wines, and now the iconic brand has upgraded its design with a sleek new label just in time for the warmer weather.

Mud House Wines spokesperson Cathy Wansink says the new look packaging reflects the company's commitment to innovation and fresh new trends.

"At Mud House we pride ourselves on creating wines that really stand out from the crowd. We're thrilled to be able to present our wines with a new label and modern design that will appeal to wine lovers locally and across the world," says Wansink.

In particular the new Mud House 2010 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is set to be a Kiwi favourite and the perfect partner to the long, hot New Zealand summer.

Decadent flavours of tropical fruits and the crispness of citrus create an ideal match for fresh fish, grilled chicken and bountiful summer salads. The delicate pale colour and delicious notes of guava, elderflower and fresh nettles work together to create a refreshing sauvignon that's sure to become a summer staple!

Mud House Winemaker Nadine Worley says the new Mud House 2010 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc comes off the back of a dream harvest. "In the winery things were as calm as the weather," says Worley. "The fruit quality was excellent, the flavour and concentration were outstanding - and the winery team was smiling!"

The new Mud House 2010 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc follows the hugely successful 2009 vintage which sold out, proving to be a standout favourite for the popular winery.
