New partner appointed at Hesketh Henry
Hesketh Henry welcomes Stephen Layburn as a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial team. Stephen joins Hesketh Henry from Bell Gully.
Stephen’s principal areas of expertise are commercial and business law with a particular emphasis on corporate advisory, transactional (M), securities markets and venture capital and private equity matters. He has also advised on regulatory and governance matters. Stephen has advised clients in a range of sectors including energy, horticulture, mining and technology.
Managing Partner Erich Bachmann is delighted with this recent appointment and notes it comes as the firm is seeking to grow its Corporate & Commercial team and provide greater specialist skills for clients.
