Snap Internet To Absorb Next Week's GST Hike
Internet service provider Snap Internet will not pass on next week's 2.5 per cent GST increase to its 30,000-plus residential plan customers.
CEO Jamie Cairns says Snap is committed to providing best value broadband services to its expanding national market.
"It is an opportunity to show we are serious about keeping internet charges affordable and for residential clients to pay no more than before.
"Plus we are lifting the data caps on two of our most popular monthly broadband schemes to 1GB and 5GB, also at no additional cost to users."
This month Snap won the annual TUANZ Best ISP Award for the second year in a row, the first time it has been achieved.
