HP Announces New Country General Manager for the Personal Systems Group
Paul Boshoff has been appointed Country General Manager for the Personal Systems Group (PSG), HP New Zealand, effective immediately.
Paul has joined the HP PSG South Pacific team having recently moved from HP’s South African head office. In South Africa, Paul helped grow HP’s PSG market share to record highs.
In his role, Paul will be responsible for leading the PSG team and driving the strategies for all personal computing-related products, including desktop computers, notebooks and pocket PCs.
Paul will also oversee HP's interactions with its channel partners in order to create beneficial relationships that help to deliver more value to customers.
Janice Cox, Vice President and General Manager, Personal Systems Group (PSG) HP South Pacific, says Paul is results-focussed and the passion and energy that he’ll bring to the role will continue to reinforce HP New Zealand’s position as a market leader.
“The New Zealand team are sure to enjoy working alongside Paul and I am confident that under his guidance, we’ll continue to deliver solid results,” said Ms Cox.
Paul comes from a strong IT background having worked for Dell Computer and Compaq Computer prior to his positions at HP South Africa and now New Zealand.
Paul replaces Brent Kendrick, who has transferred to Singapore with HP to take up a role as Commercial Channel Director for APJ.
