Kiwibank Home Loan Rate Changes

Kiwibank has made changes to a number of its home loan interest rates.

The variable and revolving (floating) rates have increased 0.25% from 5.90% per annum to 6.15% p.a.

The six-month fixed rate has increased 0.25% from 6.10% p.a. to 6.35% p.a. The two-year rate has been reduced 0.30% from 6.99% p.a. to 6.69% p.a.; the three-year rate has been reduced 0.06% from 7.25% p.a. to 7.19% p.a. and the four-year rate reduced 0.10% from 7.55% p.a. to 7.45% p.a.

The changes to fixed rates are effective 11 August. The new floating rates will be effective 11 August for new customers and in two weeks for existing customers.
