Allen Realty opens third new branch
Allen Realty, a specialist, licensed Auckland property management company has now opened an office in Mt Eden. This is the third new local neighbourhood branch they have opened in the last six months.
The company has been operating in the Auckland market since 1986 and manages residential property throughout the Auckland region. Strong demand for quality specialist property management services and the increase in demand for city accommodation has prompted the opening of new branches in the CBD, Remuera and Mt Eden. Allen Realty has relocated many existing property managers from the Greenlane head office to these new offices and expects the central locations to enhance services to both their tenants and landlords. “Being centrally located means we are more accessible to clients’ properties which will allow us to respond to tenant queries in a more timely and efficient manner” says Simon Allen, General Manager Marketing.
Allens expansion comes in a time and climate where many property managers are tightening their purses and riding out the storm. Simon reports that despite the current climate, Allen Realty is facing high demand for its services. They expect similar growth over the next few months as a result of the proposed changes to the Residential Tenancies Act, which are likely to bring harsher penalties for both tenants and landlords, as well as increased demand for quality housing. Additional branches in South Auckland and West Auckland are expected to be opened before the end of 2010.
