Optimation Renews Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Status

MIS Top 15 New Zealand ICT services company Optimation has confirmed the renewal of its Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status. The company is well-positioned to achieve Advanced Competency status in Software Development when Microsoft transitions to its new partner model later this year.

Optimation has been a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for several years, and currently has competencies in ISV/Software Solutions and Custom Development Solutions. Recent customer projects based around Microsoft technologies and software architecture include:

• Developing an innovative paint tinting application for Resene, which has transformed the company’s core manufacturing process to reduce costs and waste, improve sustainability, and increase competitive advantage

• Developing streamlined practitioner registration and workflow systems for the Medical Council of New Zealand and the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand

• Working with the Ministry of Economic Development to create Envirostep, a web-based sustainability self-assessment tool for Kiwi businesses

Members of Optimation’s Microsoft practice hold a range of Microsoft professional certifications, and include a number of Microsoft Certified Professionals and Microsoft Certified Application Developers. The team has comprehensive skills and experience across many Microsoft technologies and toolsets including Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET Framework, Team Foundation Server, SQL Server and Windows Server.
