Combined forces will set formidable benchmark in New Zealand security industry

Darien Rush Security has today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Strategic Security Ltd, effective 1 April 2010.

The combined forces of two of this country’s leading security providers creates a formidable enterprise that will offer a complete security service not currently available in New Zealand.

Darien Rush Security will incorporate Strategic Security Ltd’s event security and asset management protection business into its Newmarket-based operation, which to date has focused on providing comprehensive, technologically advanced alarm and video monitoring, patrolling and guard response services.

Director Darien Rush says “Essentially, this is a move of extreme significance which will create a fully integrated security service operating from one highly controlled, resourced and technologically sophisticated base – this will be hugely advantageous for our respective clients.”
