Endace, a world leader in network monitoring solutions, announces the appointment of Mark Giles as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 22 February 2010.

Mark, aged 47, is currently Chairperson of First Mobile New Zealand, and has previously held senior management positions at IBM and New Zealand Board positions at Alcatel and Vodafone. With a proven record in both Sales and Marketing, Mark brings a set of highly relevant telecoms industry and general management skills and experience to the Endace Board.

Endace CEO, Mike Riley said:

“We’re delighted that Mark has agreed to join the Board. His focus, insight and understanding of the market and business will be of significant value to Endace as we continue to grow the Group.”
