More New Zealand Businesses to Benefit from new Online Payroll Services
Leading payroll provider IMS Payroll Partner has released a new module that will give more New Zealand businesses and their employees access to their payroll data over the internet.
IMS Payroll is one of New Zealand ’s largest suppliers of payroll software systems servicing more than 10,000 customers throughout New Zealand .
The new IMS online solutions combine the security and control of an in-house payroll system with the flexibility and availability of the internet.
IMS General Manager Patrick Hegarty said it offers security for employees’ payroll information and will save businesses time and money.
Businesses will notice a significant decrease in time consuming queries concerning pay and leave with the release of new online payroll services.
Employees will be able to access all pay related activity, including payslips and leave request forms, by logging on to a secure website with their own password.
“For employees, it’s an efficient and safe way to review and file payslips and check their leave entitlements – no more leaving payslips around the office and no more returned email payslips”
Time sheets can be entered online, payslips and annual leave balances reviewed - including historical archives, leave requests can be logged and accepted or declined.
End of year earning certificates are immediate and can be accessed by staff themselves without any hassles for administration personnel.
