A New Quest On The Wave Of Serviced Apartment Demand In Wellington

Quest Serviced Apartments announce the opening of Quest on Lambton. This latest edition to the Quest Serviced Apartment Group will be the 8th Wellington property and the 29th Quest operation in New Zealand.

Quest NZ/Fiji CEO Stephen Mansfield says despite the economic downturn business travel demand has held up very well,

At the other end of Lambton Quay is the popular Quest Wellington, this historic building has just completed the first stage of refurbishment and the group is expected to announce yet another new property opening in the region next year.

Quest on Lambton is a 4.5 star property and features 46, one and two bedroom serviced apartments, spread over 10 levels.

Divyesh Patel is the Quest Franchisee behind this new venture. Mr Patel has been involved as a Franchisee with the Quest group for over 18 months and expects the new property will be an instant hit, particularly among business travellers,
