Turners Weekend Budget Auction a Hit
One customer wins back the purchase price of her car – offer extended to next auction on 31 October.
The first weekend ‘budget auction’ at Turners Penrose was so successful that the popular Auction house will repeat its offer for one buyer to win back the purchase price of the car on Saturday 31 October.
A strong turnout at the auction, and selling around ten per cent more vehicles than at a standard auction, confirmed for Turners that its customers want the time to purchase cheaper cars outside of working hours.
And at the auction, Turners offered the chance for one buyer of win back the purchase price of the car they bought. That winner was Janne Rochat who had purchased the car for her father.
“This is the fourth car I have bought from Turners because the service is second to none – I don’t bother to look anywhere else. I can’t believe I won – I know it sounds clichéd but I never win anything,” said the happy winner.
Turners Penrose budget lane auctions are held fortnightly featuring cars from ‘no reserve’ and the top reserves set as low as $5,500. This is in addition to the Budget Auction that takes place every Wednesday at Noon.
The next auction will be held on Saturday 31 October where again, one customer will win back the purchase price of their car by either bidding in person or online at Turners Live.
The weekend auction will be held at Turners Auctions Penrose, Cnr Penrose Road and Leonard Rd, at noon on Saturday 31 October. To view the full list of vehicles for sale visit www.turners.co.nz
