MasterCard Settles Credit Card Litigation with New Zealand Retailers
Auckland, New Zealand, 5 October, 2009
-MasterCard announced today that it has settled litigation
brought against it by a number of New Zealand
retailers.
This agreement follows the August settlement agreed to by MasterCard and the New Zealand Commerce Commission.
