Five Brand New Cars Up For Grabs In Tv3’s “Sunrise Stuck On Suzuki” Competition
How far would you go to win a brand new Suzuki?
This October, TV3’s Sunrise programme, MORE FM and Suzuki are giving 100 lucky Kiwis, in five locations throughout New Zealand, the chance to drive away in a brand new car.
The Sunrise Stuck on Suzuki challenge is simple; hold onto the vehicle with both hands for longer than anyone else in your region, and the car is yours!
The concept may be simple, but it won’t be easy to outlast the other enthusiastic competitors - the winner will need a mix of dedication and passion … plus a little bit of craziness won’t hurt either.
Sunrise Executive Producer Alistair Wilkinson says, “Contestants will need to show single minded determination. This is as much a mental challenge as a physical one."
The competition, which starts on Monday 5 October, will take place at Suzuki dealerships in Auckland’s North Shore, Panmure, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch. At each dealership, 20 hopefuls will compete for a new Suzuki.
Suzuki National Vehicle Sales Manager Gary Collins says, “We are delighted to be involved in this promotion and proud to be offering Kiwis the chance to win one of five brand new Suzuki.”
Entries for Sunrise Stuck on Suzuki open on Monday 14 September when the competition will launch on Sunrise and MORE FM. Entries close on Thursday 24 September, just over a week before the 100 successful entrants take their places around five Suzuki cars in October.
Sunrise and MORE FM will be reporting live throughout the week of the contest, taking their viewers and listeners to the heart of the action and drama.
MORE FM’s Marketing Manager Holly Dunn says, “Not just one winner, but five winners will drive away in a brand new Suzuki which on its own is huge. Add to this the challenge these contestants face and it will truly be a life changing event. MORE FM will be on the ground at all of the locations – so stay tuned!”
With Sunrise celebrating its second birthday on Friday 2 October, it is the perfect time to kick off the show’s biggest competition to-date.
Executive Producer Alistair Wilkinson says “This is a great opportunity for us to give back to our viewers and to thank them for their loyalty.”
All of the Sunrise team are taking this contest very seriously. Carly Flynn and Josh Heslop will be travelling the length and breadth of the country during the week of the competition, broadcasting live from the dealerships as the excitement unfolds.
Plus the team has personally tested the Suzuki cars – under controlled conditions – and given them the Sunrise seal of approval. Josh joked, “I want one! Do you think I’m allowed to enter?”
