Satellite Media Wins at the Qantas Media Awards
We’re delighted to announce that at Saturday night’s prestigious Qantas Media Awards Satellite Media came home with a
trophy.
As winners in the inaugural Kordia Group Ltd Best Event Coverage for ‘The Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards’ we were up
against stiff competition from TV One’s ‘Election Coverage’ as well as ourselves for ‘C4 Goes To Vodafone Homegrown’.
Arwen and Nikki would like to thank everyone at Satellite Media, NZ On Air, Ged, Amanda and everyone at MediaWorks,
Campbell, Justine and Andy, Peter Grumley and everyone involved in putting on such an outstanding event. A special
thanks to our director Mitchell Hawkes and all of the crew, Dai Henwood and all of the amazing artists without whom
there’d be no show.
We’re delighted to be recognised for our achievement on a show which we love working on. See you for the 2009 Music
