Flight Attendants Ratify New Collective Agreement

Zeal EPMU Flight Attendants Ratify New Collective Agreement

Air New Zealand subsidiary Zeal 320 Ltd is pleased EPMU members that operate on its A320 aircraft have ratified a new collective agreement.

“The union’s initial demands were clearly unsustainable which contributed to a protracted negotiation,” says General Manager Tasman Pacific Airline Glen Sowry.

“While we started a long way apart an agreement has now been reached and we can get on with operating on the Tasman, one of the world’s most competitive aviation markets.

“Agility and an uncompromising focus on delivering world class customer service have never been more important and we look forward to working with our A320 crew to focus on the future.”
