Nz Beauty Industry Awards 2009

Nz Beauty Industry Awards 2009

The 2009 NZ Beauty Industry Awards, hosted by celebrity MC’s Shane and Nerida Cortese, were held Saturday 15 August at a glamorous black tie event at the Rendezvous Hotel in Auckland to honour the very best in the professional beauty and spa industry.

The industry has transformed over recent years to become a booming industry as consumers come to understand the multiple benefits of visiting their professional beauty clinic for cutting edge treatments and services. As a result there are more therapists and salons nationwide than ever before and these Awards place the spotlight on those who have made a real impact in the industry and reward their talents. The competition is extremely fierce and simply to make it to the short list is a great honour in itself.

This year judges were extremely impressed with the high calibre of entries and the effort that was put into them, indicating just how competitive the industry has become.
