Accor Announces Senior Appointments
Accor is pleased to announce the following senior appointments:
ROB
McINTYRE has been appointed Area General Manager - Central
North Island and General Manager, Novotel Rotorua Lakeside &
Ibis Rotorua.
Rob has more than 15 years experience in
the hospitality industry and joined Accor in 2002, during
which time he has held a number of General Manager roles
both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, including his
most recent role of General Manager, Novotel London Tower
Bridge.
LEE PEARCE has been appointed General Manager, Novotel Wellington effective 18 March 2009. Lee has been with Accor for almost 15 years ago and has held various General Manager positions in both Australia and New Zealand. Last year he was awarded one of Accor’s most prestigious international awards, a Silver Bernache for his commitment to the environment and sustainability. Lee was most recently General Manager of Ibis Wellington.
NATHAN FROST has been appointed General Manager, Ibis Wellington effective 11 March 2009. Nathan has more than 12 years experience in the hospitality industry and joined Accor in 1998. Since this time Nathan has completed the Vivier National Management Traineeship and has held a number of senior management roles in Australia and New Zealand, including his current position as General Manager at Formule 1 Auckland.
ZAC LUMSDEN has been appointed General Manager, Formule 1 Auckland. Zac has since held a number of senior management positions within the Accor group, most recently as Hotel Manager at Princes Gate Rotorua (which left the Accor network in late December 2008).
