A320 accident in France - black box data recovery

Air New Zealand today welcomed news that data has been successfully extracted from the two black boxes relating to the A320 accident in France.

This is an important step in the investigation process and will hopefully provide insight into the cause of the accident, as well as helping to provide closure for the families who lost their loved ones.

Air New Zealand has no further comment to make at this time and will await further information from the authorities.
