Unique Business
Park Reflects West Coast Growth
The West Coast’s most advanced commercial and industrial business park is offering a wide variety of landscaped sites which reflect the business growth in the area.
Kaiata Park is situated on 150 hectares five kilometres north of Greymouth on the Kaiata straight, between Dobson and Kaiata villages.
Simes marketing agent Terry Connolly says this is a unique development for the West Coast.
“There is nothing like this on the Coast. It opens up a whole new world for people with commercial and industrial interests, They can own a freehold site in a park that is a comprehensive development with plenty on offer,” he says.
The business park is fully serviced with roading specifically designed to cater for heavy trucks with wide loads. Terry Connolly says a number of north facing commercial lots overlook a man-made lake, which provides a stunning outlook.
“This area will become the focal point of the park and will provide high-value commercial opportunities for people wanting to operate their business in one of the nicest settings possible. Several other commercial areas overlook natural environmental areas, which are so typical of the picturesque West Coast,” he says.
Lots range in size from 1,300 square metres up to one hectare and would be ideal for owner/operators. More than 100 lots are available for purchase in the first stages of the development.
“The front lots would be perfect for motel or restaurant facilities, with the back lots better suited to the service industry, mining or farming communities,” says Terry Connolly.
He says a number of sites have already sold, but there are still plenty of options available for those wanting to take up the opportunity for business growth on the West Coast.
