At the annual meeting of ING Medical Properties Trust held on Tuesday 25 November 2008, unitholders were invited to vote on the appointment of an independent director to the Board of the Manager.
ING Medical Properties Limited, the Manager of the listed property entity, are pleased to advise unitholders that Mr Graeme Horsley was re-appointed as an independent director receiving 96% of unitholders vote.
