Optimation appoints Rhoda Holmes as new CEO
Wellington, New Zealand:
Leading New Zealand ICT services company Optimation has appointed Rhoda Holmes as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Holmes was formerly General Manager, Australasian Key Clients for ICT services company Gen-i. Prior to that, she held roles as General Manager, Australia for Gen-i , General Manager, Customer and Network Services for AAPT, and General Manager, Network Investment for Telecom New Zealand.
“Rhoda Holmes has an exceptional track record both in winning new business and in building and maintaining productive long-term relationships with customers,” says Neil Butler, Optimation’s founder and out-going Chief Executive. “We are delighted to have attracted someone with her energy and passion. Optimation is poised for strong growth over the coming years in our core business areas of Software Services, Technology Services and Managed Services. Rhoda has the right combination of strategic ability, operational skills and strong leadership to successfully drive that.”
Holmes has an extensive background in the telecommunications industries in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. She holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Management from University College, London.
Neil Butler will retain his position on Optimation’s Board of Directors, and will be focusing on exploring strategic long-term growth opportunities for the company.
