Farmers Launches Big Look For Big Boys

Media Release T-Bone - 1
To be issued: 11 September 2008

Farmers Launches Big Look For Big Boys

Kiwi blokes have always been big at heart. But sometimes when the body is just as well proportioned, a guy can struggle finding the threads that fit the frame.

In an unashamed celebration of size, Farmers is bringing the Big Boys to town with the new season launch of T-Bone – a dedicated plus sized clothing line for blokes!

The T-Bone range is developed by Farmers for the more robust New Zealand male body. The fit is researched to achieve comfort and style using quality fabrics, on-trend colours and functional designs.
“The fact is, big is a reality for one million New Zealanders” says Dean Cook, Head of Marketing for Farmers. “Our bigger customers were asking us to provide a far wider selection of clothes in their sizes without paying a premium. So we’ve extended our T Bone range of clothing for the larger man in response and can now offer our customers a more comprehensive selection.
“At Farmers we like to cater for every shape and size and this range recognises that our larger customer base still want to look and feel stylish.”
Sizes stretch up to 6XL for tops and jackets and 110cm-130cm waist (non elasticated).
The new season range is being launched today at Tony’s Steak House to an enthusiastic crowd of strapping men.

In the reverse of Fashion Week, sample size is XXXL and food will be in abundance.
