New Harcourts office opened on Coromandel Peninsula
22 May 2008 – A new Harcourts
office has been opened on the Coromandel Peninsula.
The new office at Tuateawa, 25km north-east of Coromandel township, is owned by Harcourts business owners George Russell and Gerald Christensen, who also co-own a larger Harcourts office in Coromandel township.
The new sole-charge office, known as Harcourts North Coromandel office, is operating as a satellite office of the main Harcourts Coromandel office however it is being managed separately by Andrea Mackenzie an experienced and successful real estate sales consultant who has been with Harcourts for six years.
Mrs Mackenzie, who has a Diploma in Real Estate, recently qualified as a branch manager via the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ).
Harcourts New Zealand CEO Bryan Thomson says it’s great to be able to set up a permanent office in Tuateawa to focus on coastal residential and lifestyle property in the more remote Northern Coromandel areas.
“Not only will having a permanent office in the Northern Coromandel benefit existing property owners within the area, but it will also mean we can better service people interested in buying in this wonderful, unspoilt part of New Zealand.”
Mrs Mackenzie explains she is focused on selling coastal residential and lifestyle property, including vacant sections, development blocks, holiday homes and permanent dwellings, in the relatively remote areas of North Coromandel.
“This includes Tuateawa, Little Bay, Port Charles, Kennedy Bay and Colville along with many other less well known areas on the northern peninsula.”
Property management services in North Coromandel will continue to be handled by specialist property management staff in the main Harcourts Coromandel office.
