Harcourts names top commercial sales consultants
12 May 2008 - Harcourts, New Zealand's largest real estate group, has named its top four commercial sales consultants in the 2007/08 financial year, with the Number One in New Zealand to be announced at Harcourts annual conference later this month.
The top four, who are all long-standing Harcourts sales consultants, are:
Tim Turner from Harcourts Takapuna - Top Commercial Sales Consultant in Harcourts Northern region
Bruce Page from Harcourts City Commercial - Top Commercial Sales Consultant in Harcourts Canterbury region
Des Hutchinson from Harcourts Whakatane - Top Commercial Sales Consultant in Harcourts Central region
Bruce Woodhead from Harcourts New Plymouth - Top Commercial Sales Consultant in Harcourts Wellington region.
In addition, the Rookie of the Year in Harcourts Central region was named as commercial property specialist Hillary Naish, who is based in Harcourts Hamilton City office.
Harcourts New Zealand CEO Bryan Thomson says the award winners, who were all honoured at regional end of year awards functions last week, are all outstanding operators in the specialist field of commercial property sales and leasing.
"The top four all are amongst our most experienced commercial property sales consultants and all have extensive local market knowledge and strong customer service and negotiation skills. Along with Mr Naish, who is one of our rising stars, they are all very successful operators with great reputations and a loyal client base."
Mr Thomson says the commercial property sector is one Harcourts is keen to get more involved in.
"The Harcourts brand is well established in the residential property sector and increasingly in the rural and lifestyle segment of the market too, but with excellent operators like these five as part of the team and many more commercial specialists in our group this sector is definitely one in which we see potential to increase our marketshare."
The Top Commercial Sales Consultant in New Zealand for the year ended 31 March 2008 and many other national award-winners will be announced at Harcourts highly anticipated National Awards dinner, a black tie event held at the end of the group's Annual Conference, which this year is being held in Christchurch from 26 - 28 May.
