Popular Akaroa Waterfront Motels for sale

12 May 2008: Akaroa Waterfront Motels, two popular and immaculately presented motels on a prime waterfront site in the popular South Island town, are for sale as a going concern with a price tag of $1.3 million plus GST (if any).

The only motels on the water's edge in the popular Banks Peninsula destination near Christchurch, Akaroa Waterfront Motels consist of two two-storeyed motels - Driftwood and Wai-iti - both located at 56 - 64 Rue Jolie, Akaroa but separated by a small stream.
