A Christchurch-based real estate company has won an award for best practice.
Simes has been awarded the "Site of the Week" by the company Best Practice.com.au.
Robert Bevan of Best Practice, based in Sydney, says his company is a reference point for Australasian real estate agencies, offering best practice advice, training and newsletters.
He says "Best Practice eNews goes to more than 35,000 real estate personnel across New Zealand and Australia. It provides the industry with information and examples of systems and procedures to help them improve their performance. We constantly monitor real estate agencies' business procedures, including websites.
