World Class Showroom Opens Its Doors

Media release: Continental Cars 26th February 2008

World Class Showroom Opens Its Doors At Continental Car Services

Exclusive vehicle provider Continental Car Services will open the doors to its newly renovated showroom on Tuesday night in conjunction with the launch of the Maserati GranTurismo – the latest European car to win the hearts of automotive enthusiasts.

As the sole Ferrari concessionaire in New Zealand, Continental Car Services have been providing Ferrari sales and servicing at their Newmarket showrooms since 1967. As part of the continuing growth of the company, Continental’s 1485 sq metre showroom has been restyled to meet international corporate identity guidelines for Ferrari and Maserati.

From the colour scheme to the showroom layout and logos to match the respective branding – the showroom reflects the quality of these luxurious marques.

As part of the $1.5million dollar upgrade, Continental Car Services have also added a raft of new service and technical equipment to their service department. The showroom and service area now features eight workbays, an F1 diagnostic bay, dedicated parts department, state of the art exhaust extraction system, valet parking and a range of exotic, performance cars that are second to none.

Continental Car Services Sales Manager Kane Owen says, “I am delighted to announce the opening of our new showroom that represents the strength, style and performance of Ferrari and Maserati.”

“The renovations to our showroom have allowed us to create the ideal environment to showcase our passion for the world’s most desirable vehicle brands – Ferrari and Maserati,” he says.

The Ferrari and Maserati renovations follow Continental’s recent substantial developments in showrooms for ChryslerJeep, Peugeot and also the soon-to-be-completed Audi Terminal concept.

Continental Car Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sime Darby and these investments reflect their continuing philosophy of providing excellence in facilities, people and customer service to discerning NZ drivers.
